In 2017, 5 colleagues and friends working for the same franchise concept in different subject areas got together for cocktails and brainstorming. We were struggling with the unrealistic expectations that the brand had in place for each area (Human Resources, Accounting, Operations Support, Sales, etc.). We had seen many consultant groups come in, take money, and leave after making no impact. No one was vested. We understood you couldn’t be the saver of all things, but what if we, as crazy as we were, could go in, shift the business into the directions it wanted to go and, and then help that organization hire our replacements and keep the good work we had done moving.
Create A Shift was born out of that meeting. Our mission? To help business owners large and small realistically set up their goals, guide their organizations, and meet or exceed any and all expectations. They could shift their business to the future. They could shift their culture, sales, operations, and become efficient systems that no longer needed to hire 3rd party consultants to take all of their money and give nothing in return.
